One to One Support for women in mid-life

If you have done the reading, listened to the podcasts, tried the self-help tools,
and still find yourself stuck in the same painful patterns, one-to-one support offers
a deeper and more personalised place to begin.

This work is for women in midlife who are ready to understand themselves more honestly, uncover
what is keeping them stuck, and begin creating meaningful change from the inside out.

You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin.
You only need a willingness to be curious, honest, and open to change.

Some of the beliefs we may work with

Many women carry beliefs such as:

  • I am not good enough

  • I am not important

  • I need to be perfect

  • I do not deserve happiness, love, or ease

  • I cannot trust myself

  • If people saw the real me, they would not like me

  • My needs do not matter

  • I have to do it all on my own

These beliefs often shape how we live without us fully realizing it.
When we begin to see them clearly, we can also begin to shift them.

What becomes possible

As healing deepens, new beliefs can begin to take root, such as:

  • I am good enough as I am

  • My needs matter

  • I can trust myself

  • I am worthy of love, joy, and support

  • I do not need to be perfect to be valuable

  • I can like and accept myself as I am

  • I deserve the life I want to live

  • I can choose new ways of being

This work is not about becoming someone else, it is about coming home to who you truly are.

What we work on:

In our sessions, we gently explore the deeper roots of what may be keeping you stuck.

This may include:

  • self-limiting beliefs

  • people pleasing

  • perfectionism

  • self-doubt

  • difficulty setting boundaries

  • old emotional wounds

  • stress patterns held in the body

  • repeated struggles in relationships, work, or
    self-worth

Together, we bring awareness to what is underneath the surface, so you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and make choices that feel healthier, truer, and more aligned.


How sessions work

Sessions are 75 minutes and are offered online or in person.

Each session provides a safe, supportive, and grounded space for you to explore what is happening in your inner world, understand the patterns that may be shaping your life, and begin making meaningful changes that feel both practical and empowering.

Depending on your needs, I may draw from:

  • PSYCH-K®

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques

  • Internal Family Systems

  • Mind-Body approaches

Every woman’s path is different and my role is to
walk beside you with compassion, insight, and
practical guidance.

After a session
My hope is that you leave each session feeling:

  • clearer about what is going on beneath the surface

  • more connected to yourself

  • more grounded in what you need

  • more empowered to take the next step that feels right for you

Healing is a process and with one honest step at a time, meaningful change
becomes possible

Session Fees

Individual Session is $100 CAD.
Pre-pay five sessions $475 CAD.
