This journal idea was created by UJ Ramdas and Alex Ikonn – and is both a practice and a product.

When you feel stuck in an emotion and want to get yourself out of it.
1 - Learn if your frustrated feeling is from the past.
2 - Get in touch with your inner child to learn how it wants to express what you are feeling.
3 - Then tap through what emotion is arising.
