Getting Started
-
I work primarily with women in midlife who feel stuck, disconnected, or ready for a more honest and intentional next chapter. Many of the women drawn to this work are navigating changes in identity, relationships, self-worth, purpose, or the quiet feeling that the life they are living no longer fully fits.
-
Women often reach out because they are struggling with people pleasing, self-doubt, emotional pain, low self-worth, old patterns, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, or a deep desire to reconnect with themselves and create a life that feels more true.
-
That depends on the kind of support you need right now.
If you want personalised support and space to focus on your own healing, patterns, and next steps, one-to-one support may be the best fit.
If you want a guided entry point with reflection and community, a workshop or Ageing with Intention may be the right place to begin.
If you are unsure, we can talk it through together.
-
Our first conversation is a simple, no-pressure way to connect. We can talk about what is bringing you here, what you are longing for, what may be keeping you stuck, and which kind of support might best fit where you are right now.
It is also a chance for you to get a feel for me and for us to see whether working together feels aligned.
-
You can begin by reaching out through email or the contact form. From there, we can set up a conversation and explore what kind of support feels like the best next step for you.
How I Work
-
My work blends practical psychology with mind-body and trauma-informed approaches. That means we do not only talk about your thoughts. We also pay attention to beliefs, emotional patterns, the body, the nervous system, and the ways old experiences may still be shaping how you live and respond.
The goal is not just insight, but meaningful and lasting belief changes that you can feel and are aligned with who you want to be.
-
My work draws from both counselling-oriented support and coaching approaches. Depending on what you need, our work may include self-discovery, emotional healing, shifting limiting beliefs, and practical support for moving forward.
Schedule a call and I can give you a more specific answer depending on what you are going through right now.
-
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not only about changing your thoughts. It also involves the body, the nervous system, old patterns, and the beliefs you may be carrying beneath conscious awareness.
I bring together practical psychology, mind-body healing, trauma-informed care, and empowerment coaching to support women in understanding themselves more deeply and creating change from the inside out.
-
My work is shaped by a blend of approaches, including PSYCH-K®, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Internal Family Systems Therapy, trauma-informed care, practical psychology, and mind-body healing practices.
I draw on these in ways that support self-discovery, emotional healing, and the shifting of old patterns and limiting beliefs.
-
Yes. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and in a deep respect for the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I aim to create spaces that feel safe, compassionate, and supportive, so women can explore their inner world with greater honesty and care.
-

I have quite a few male clients who specifically come for healing through Emotional Freedom Techniques and Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Emotional Readiness
-
No. Many women seek support not because everything is falling apart, but because something inside them is asking for attention. You do not need to wait until things get worse. You can begin because you want to understand yourself more deeply, heal old patterns, or create a life that feels more like your own.
-
That is completely normal. Reaching out for support can bring up uncertainty, fear, or self-doubt. You do not need to have everything figured out before you connect. Often the first brave step is simply allowing yourself to explore what you need.
