About Dianna
My curiosity about human behaviour began early. I have always been drawn to the deeper questions beneath how we live, relate, and struggle. Why do we think, feel, and act the way we do?
Why do so many women carry pain, self-doubt, or quiet dissatisfaction while appearing fine on the outside?
That curiosity eventually became both a personal journey and the foundation of my life’s work.
In my early twenties, during an emotionally challenging time in my life, I began asking myself hard questions:
Why am I so unhappy, even though I have what I thought I wanted?
Why is it so hard to ask for what I needed, say no to others, or stop repeating the same painful patterns in work and relationships?
Why do I still carry negative self-talk, even after so much self-work?
And how do I stop being a human chameleon by always trying to fit in?
Those questions opened the door to a lifelong path of healing, learning, and self-discovery.
I felt broken until I entered the world of Adult Children of Alcoholics and started learning about shame, self-blame and co-dependency. It was in that space that answers began to appear and my healing journey began.
Through my psychology studies and mind-body training I came to understand that many of the struggles we carry are rooted in old beliefs, unresolved wounds, and patterns we learned early in life. My own healing journey led me into formal study, deep personal growth, and years of exploration into the powerful connection between mind, body, spirit, and the beliefs that shape our lives. I have learned that healing is rarely linear. It asks for patience, courage, self-love, and the willingness to keep listening for what is true.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Adult Education.
My training includes:
Internal Family Systems Therapy
Coaching certifications in life, spiritual, and group coaching.
Emotional Freedom Techniques
PSYCH-K® (Preferred Master Facilitator)
My work is guided by trauma-informed practice and care, and by more than 25 years of experience supporting youth at risk and women who have survived domestic and sexual abuse.
My approach blends practical psychology with mind-body and trauma-informed methods that help women understand themselves more deeply, shift limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change from the inside out. I believe that insight matters, but insight alone is not always enough. Healing also involves the body, the nervous system, our stored experiences, and the subconscious patterns that quietly shape how we live.
At the heart of my work is a deep passion for creating self-discovery experiences for women, so they can learn to love and accept themselves more fully. I know from both lived experience and professional work that when women are given safe, supportive spaces to reflect, heal, and reconnect with themselves, change becomes more possible. What once felt confusing or stuck can begin to soften. What once felt out of reach can begin to feel real.
If I have one wish for the women I support, it is that they do not have to struggle alone. I know how powerful
it is to have someone beside you who is safe, grounded, and able to shine a light on the path ahead. That is
the spirit I bring to my work.
I believe we carry the capacity to heal within us,
and the right moment to come home to yourself is now.
If you can relate, then perhaps you are ready to walk together for awhile on your healing journey
* My daily practice is to walk my talk and ensure that I keep my mind,
body, spirit in balance -whether through journaling, mediation, or on
the trails and shores of my home land on Vancouver Island, Canada.
