My Approach
A gentle, grounded approach to healing, growth, and coming home to yourself
My work is grounded in the belief that we all carry the capacity to heal, and that healing
becomes easier when we are supported by someone safe, compassionate, and
knowledgeable who can walk beside us.
I blend practical psychology with mind-body and trauma-informed approaches to help
women understand themselves more deeply, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change from the inside out.
How this work came to matter so deeply to me
My path into this work began with my own questions.
In my early adulthood, during an incredibly challenging season, I began asking why I was so unhappy even
though I had what I thought I wanted. I questioned my repeated patterns, my self-talk, my difficulty asking
for what I needed, and why change felt so hard even after years of self-reflection.
Over time, my own healing journey led me into deep study, personal growth, and a lifelong commitment to
understanding the connection between our beliefs, our emotions, our bodies, and the lives we create.
What shapes my approach
My formal education includes a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Adult Education.
My training includes:
Certified Group and Life Coach
My work is also guided by trauma-informed practice and by more than 25 years of experience supporting
youth at risk and women who have survived domestic and sexual abuse.
Mind, body, and spirit
I believe healing is not only about insight. It also involves the body, the nervous system, our stored experiences,
and the beliefs we carry beneath conscious awareness.
My approach honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit. It draws from both Eastern and Western perspectives and supports women in understanding not only what they think, but what they feel, how they respond,
and what their patterns may be trying to reveal.
Gentle, practical, and trauma-informed
I work in ways that are compassionate, respectful, and grounded. My intention is not to rush your process, but to create space for honest self-discovery, meaningful healing, and change that feels both empowering and sustainable.
I know from my own journey that healing takes patience, courage, self-love, and the right kinds of support. I also know that when women feel safe enough to be honest about where they are, they can begin to move toward a life that feels more true and aligned.
Walking beside you
If I had one wish for my earlier self, it would have been to have a
mentor or guide who understood the process and could walk beside
me with wisdom and steadiness.
That longing now shapes how I work with women. I offer my experience,
training, and knowledge in the hope that I can be a supportive bridge,
helping you move toward self-love, healing, and deeper self-acceptance
with more clarity and less unnecessary struggle.
I believe it is never too late to come home to yourself.
